I just finished commenting on Pacita Dimacali's post titled Camera Phones, do they take good pictures and thought I would share a quick review of two of the best camera phones on the market that I have recently been able to test out. Both are available through T-Mobile and take high quality pictures.
The first is the Motozine by Motorola. Motorola teamed up with Kodak to design a high quality camera for this phone. It features a 5Megapixel camera with high resolution screen. This phone is very simple to use and allows you to send your pictures directly from the phone through picture messaging. It also has a micro SD slot to install a memory card to hold your pictures on. Then you can simply remove the card, insert into the adapter and place directly onto your computer for printing or sharing via the web.
I have found that for anyone looking to purchase a non smart phone with a great camera that this is the best choice for them. The phone retails at $349.99 but if you activate a new line, or are eligible for a full upgrade, it is only $99.00 with a mail-in rebate.
If you are looking for a phone with great features that acts more along the lines of a smart phone, I would suggest looking at the Samsung Behold. This phone also has a 5 Megapixel camera but is a full touch screen. If you have been dying to get your hands on an iPhone but are still under contract with T-Mobile. I would suggest looking into this phone.
It has many of the same features as the iPhone. It allows you to fully search the web, use an MP3 player, and also take really high quality photos. The size however is slightly smaller than the iPhone, and is also lighter than one.
This phone is currently available in either pink or espresso. Retail price is $400.00 but once again, with a new activation or full upgrade, you can purchase this phone for $149.99.
So, if you are looking to upgrade your camera phone to a higher quality phone. I would highly suggest checking these two wonderful handsets out.
