Myrtle Beach Real Estate

The last few months has been nothing but a whirlwind in my life.  As I have written on numerous occasions, on May 19th my beautiful wife and I delivered our first child, Isabelle Grace.  Since then, I have shared about all types of wonderful things she has done or experienced. 

The other day however, while my wife was decorating the tree, she was able to video tape her playing with her best friend.  While my wife and I can make her smile and laugh, nobody does it quite like her friend Hannah.  Enjoy this short 30 second video of her wih her newest friend that will last for a lifetime.

You all remember the show, with the child prodigy doctor.  If not, this should refresh your memory.  Well, the other day, my wife decided to sit down at my laptop while I was making up some dinner.  She was holding Isabelle, who has always had a keen interest in watching her daddy type on the computer.  I think she likes the bright colors on the screen.

Well, while my wife was sitting there, Isabelle quickly leaned in towards the keyboard and decided to press a few buttons.  My wife believed she wanted to send me an email.  So, she opened one up for her and allowed her to type to me. In case you think I am making this up, I did grab my Blackberry and took a quick picture for proof.  See below:

As you can see from the photo, my wife was in amazement at her blazing speed.  So, you may be wondering what did my 5 month old daughter type to me?  Well, I just so happened to save the email.  Here was what she had to say in the email:

So, maybe she hasn't mastered spell check just yet.  My wife searched google for a special infant text translator, but had no luck.  She believe it to say, "Daddy, I love you so much!" I believe that to be true. What do you think?

This next week my wife and I will be making a journey west to Atlanta for my brother-in-laws wedding.  He is my wifes oldest brother and he is getting married to a wonderful woman he met a few years back.  Almost two years to the date my wife and I got married and Adam, was a part of our wedding.  Hopefully their wedding will not have the same drama ours did.  One of the funny things that happened when we got married was the guys tuxedos.  Since we were all coming from different parts of the country, all the groomsmen were measured by the tux store near them and then had the tuxedos all sent to the Myrtle Beach location. 

The only problem was that some people had issues measuring.  Over on the right is the original tux that ordered from Adam.  As you can see, there were just a few issues with it.  Luckily, we had an extra day for the tux place to get in the correct sizes.  Everything worked out in the end... Thank Goodness!

So, this Thursday we will be packing the car and heading to Milton, GA for the wedding.  If anyone is in those areas, maybe we can fit in meeting up.  If so, send me an email.

Isabelle is now 20 weeks old.  She is now sleeping well through the night and is growing like a weed.  She is starting to master the art of sitting up and has become much more social.  She loves to smile and giggle at her mommy & daddy.  Also, she has found a very fond love for her puppy Hannah.  At her last Dr. visit she weighed in at just over 14lbs and was over 26" long. 

It is amazing how my life has changed.  Things are definitely for the better and I cannot imagine life without our little bundle of joy.  Here are a few pictures for everyone to see the other love of my life.

16 Weeks of being a dad... Wow, time has really flown by.  I can still remember driving to the hospital for delivery.  Over the past 16 weeks we have had all sorts of fun an exciting changes take place my life has changed almost as much as Myrtle Beach Real Estate has..  It is amazing how so many small things will entertain us as parents and warm our hearts. 

The little girl is working on sitting up and getting pretty good at it...as long as we prop her up in the corner or surround her with pillows.  She has finally noticed the dog and thinks she is just the funniest thing and will laugh at her constantly.  It is amazing how she has grown over the past few weeks.

Jeremy Blanton- Myrtle Beach Real Estate Expert

As many of you know, my daughter was born on May 19 at 11:15 am.  What is amazing that it has already been 11 weeks since her birth.  Man time flies.  I know everyone says that before you know it they will be heading off to college.  I am beginning to think they are right.  I can remember the trip to the hospital, the entire delivery, and everything just like it was yesterday. 

But instead of yesterday it was 11 weeks ago and since then there have been all sorts of joyous things happen.  We started a few weeks ago capturing her growth & changes through photos.  We try to take pictures every Monday to show the changes.  Here are pictures from the past few weeks.  It is amazing to see how she has grown and changed!

Now, she is beginning to respond to us by smiling, and giggling at us.  She is sleeping through the night only waking up maybe once.  She loves to rides in the car, and laughs very much when her puppy comes near her.  Hope everyone enjoys the photos!

Today I read Adam Waldman's blog about his son titled "Good Job Little Man~Welcome Home!" and it made me stop and think. Man, these last 6 weeks have really flown by! I remember like it was yesterday the birth of my daughter and how my Life was Forever Changed. Within just a few days I found myself "In Love with 2 Women."

Today my little princess turned 6 weeks old. I can't believe it. I remember waiting anxiously for her to come and how she was being a mischief and not wanting to come. Finally we had to serve her an "Eviction Notice." At 12 days old, Professional Photographers were gawking over her and snapping away pictures.

She brings so much joy and happiness to me. Her smile melts my heart instantly. I am definitely a proud Daddy! As she continues to grow, I hope to become a wonderful father to Isabelle. I have some great role models to follow after in My Father and also my Grandfather.
