Over the past few weeks I have seen that the number of people looking for condos has begun to increase. However nobody is purchasing. How many have either thought or heard this? "I don't think the market has his bottom yet, so I want to wait." This is becoming something I am hearing on an almost daily basis here of late. But, what nobody is thinking of is that while prices may go down another few thousand dollars, as interest rates continue to go up, they are going to pay more to save some.
