r started a conversation with someone on twitter and wanted to send them a file? Maybe you write a wonderful post about a new listing and somoene who sees it and looking to buy or sell real estate inquires about more information from you. Would't it be great to just send them a file directly with the MLS details, or a zip file with photos? Or maybe a .pdf of the property plat.
Normally to do this sort of thing, you would need to open your email software, direct message the person on twitter for an email address and spend 20 minutes to do this simple task Well, what if there was a program to send the file on twitter? Well there is!
TweetCube is a very simple program that works with your twitter profile to send files instantly. Maybe you just listed a new property that you want share with all your followers. Currently, my twitter followers (Sphere of Influence) is 545. That means there is a possibility of this new listing being viewed by 545 people instantly! A few minutes ago I tried sending a zip file with various Myrtle Beach pictures in it. Within moments of sending the tweet, Rita Burke (@kennarealestate) replied back, Nice Shots, love the Beach! Gotta love the instant gratification!
After playing with TweetCube a few minutes I also was able to send a direct file through twitter to Jason Crouch. He received the picture in less than 30 seconds. If you want to send a file directly to someone, when typing the twitter message, simply put d username and then your message. Make sure to have the space between the d & person's username or it will not send as a direct message that is private instead it will go publicly to everyone on twitter. Below is a screenshot of just how easy this program is to use & also a sample direct message you may send to somoene inquiring about real estate.
Also, you can use the reply function which sends a public reply to someone but others can see also. To do that you would type: @username with NO SPACE. So check out this fun new toy and begin to explore the many possibilities of how this function can be use to increase your real estate business!
