In under 5 minutes you can be to many of the top area attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Golf, Great Restaurants & the beach!
Monthly Association fees are also very reasonable at $225.00 per month. This fee is rather inclusive. It includes water, sewer, trash, pool service, landscape/lawncare, legal and accounting, basic cable TV, common maintenance & repair, & exterior insurance.
