ongwood Lakes is a wonderful community made up of one, two, and three bedroom units. It is located just off of Burcale Road in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Some of the units are situated on Arrowhead Golf Course which is among the favorites of the locals to play.
One of the great things about this community is that the homeowners all either use their property as their primary residence or as a second home. No rentals are allowed in this development.
Situated close to the new Hard Rock Theme Park, makes this community a highly desirable location. Another thing that makes these units popular is that each unit has it's own private garage.
