A few months ago as I was just getting my feet wet in the Blogosphere I wrote a post on Moving Day Countdown and listed some tips for as you prepare to move and things you should do. Being an agent helping buyers & sellers both buy & sell Myrtle Beach Real Estate, I thought this would be something helpful to both groups.
This post was written in April of this year. A month later, freelance writer Yuki Hayashi contacted me based on the post I had written. Here was her original message:

Subject: Interview request
Hi Jeremy,
I came across your website while doing a web search for moving tips from real estate agents. I am writing a story for Rubbermaid's consumer website, Rubbermaid.com, on this very topic and am looking for an expert to interview. I thought you might be interested, given your familiarity with the subject, success as a realtor and also since it's a great promo opportunity! – Rubbermaid.com fields significant traffic across the US.
The story will look specifically at the packing and transportation aspect of moving house. How to plan ahead, packing tips, how to find a reliable mover--that kind of stuff.
Would you be available for a fast (10 minute) phone interview sometime today (Tuesday May 13) or tomorrow?. Please email me and let me know if you are, and a good time to call you and at what number, or feel free to call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Thanks and best regards,
Yuki Hayashi
The next day we did the interview and I basically forgot about the whole thing. Then while cleaning out old email today, I came across the original email above and decided to contact Yuki to see if anything has been published yet. Within minutes she wrote back and included a link to the post.
So, go read the full article here which is on Rubbermaid.com. I think Yuki did an excellent job conveying the wonderful moving tips we discussed on the phone during our interview.
I guess now I can not only say that I am a Myrtle Beach Real Estate Expert, but also an moving expert as well. Not to mention being able to mention that I was published by Rubbermaid is pretty cool!

That is really cool. I was interviewed by someone on the phone, I was not bright enough to get all of his information. Anyway, he found me because of a post too.
Good for you, maybe you should see if you can get some residual income from Rubbermaid? How cool would that be?
