Price Remains King In Myrtle Beach Real Estate

Dollar SignWe listed a new home on Tuesday afternoon.  It is a charming ranch style home within a few blocks to the beach.  Has a nice size lot and is average condition.  The home has some dating in the kitchens and baths. The room are average size, but the baths are on the smaller size.

The neighborhood has several other homes for sale right now and some of which have been on the market for many months.  There were 2 that have been listed for almost a year already.  So, we discussed price with the sellers and they decided they wanted to be priced properly from the beginning to hope and sell their home quickly.

Well, yesterday my father showed the home to someone.  They made an Offer!! Even better yet, they offered full price and are paying cash.  So, here is just another example of how important it is for a seller to price their home properly when listing it for sale.  Their home went under contract in less than 24 hours.  So, when listing your Myrtle Beach home for sale, make sure you price properly if you want to sell your home in a reasonable time frame while in a buyers market.
